The Belarus library Gets Completely LED’d Out… (Video)
During daytime, the National Library of Belarus looks like any other… 24 sided library. It was constructed in 06′ in Minsk as a 23-storey diamond shaped building, each of the 24 panels covered in glass. During the day the light in the immediate proximity makes the building to ‘Sparkle’, and then at night the library turns into an gigantic video screen thanks to its 4646 color-changing LEDs planted behind the glass.
