Kayne has always been one to step outside traditional expectations, and this video steps beyond the bounds of expected normalcy, particularly within our hip-hop genre. The film is full of balanced opposites that he uses describe his clandestine struggles of the heart, from sheik white material interiors, to colorful African themed warriors. All of which become powerful metaphors for his ballad. And as it ends, all your left with is his emotive figureheads worshiping two dancers apparently from the Busta Rhymes, ‘Put your hands‘ video, we do know that one of them is Dolocia Bryan though.

So a at recently Myspace concert, Yeezy stopped by to assist T.I. in his performance of SLU, then performed ‘Lock Lockdown’, and his next slated single “Heartless“. It all wrapped up with T.I. thanking Kanye for his gratitude. Apparently Mr. West could of kept SLU to himself, for exclusivity on “808 and Heartbreats” in stores Nov. 25th.

Yes there’s been many songs before with the same connotation as ‘It’s Over’, but lets keep it real folks, it never gets old hearing it. This is a confirmed joint off of John Legend’s upcoming “Evolver”, and the LP’s title is a blatant take on John’s new evolution to more of an upbeat tempo. Just as 3 stacks mentioned on the official single ‘Green Light‘ - “Even Stevie got down sometime…”.
On tangent: If Ye’ keeps using that Vocoder, he might just have an altercation like T-Pain just did, right?

Slide Show is another featured track of of T.I.’s upcoming album “Paper Trail” and will be in stores September 30th, 2008. Its produced by Kanyeezy and is ill to say the least. T.I. has undoubtedly stepped up his game lyrically with his new album, and if any of these feature tracks are indicative of anything, its that “Paper Trail” will be a straight banger.

So Kanye West and Rhymefest have signed with Jimmy Kimmels Production company ‘Jackhole Productions’ to bring a Hip-Hop version of the popular puppet show Crank Yankers, enthusiastically called Alligator Boots. Rhymefest and Kanye have both been billed to executive produce, and perform on the pilot, while other celebrities are expected to host future episodes (in the same manner as the original “Muppet Show.”). This is a preview of their pilot, and as bizarre as it seems, I’m a bit entertained. Catch the preview of “Alligator Boots”, after the jump.
Here is the official verision of CDQ, for Ye’s official single ‘Love Lockdown’ we brought you just a few days ago. Go revisit our initial thoughts on Kanye’s new sound, and that would be the official Single cover above.

Just about everyone was under the impression that Kanye’s upcoming 4th LP would be dubbed “A Good As Job”, following in his continual college theme, but apparently he’s done away with all that. Amazon & Target have just updated their information on the album, and it’s now entitled “808’s & Heartbreaks”. Word on the street also is he’ll be using auto-tune primarily throughout… As heard on Jeezy’s ‘Put On‘, ‘Swagger Like Us ft. Jay-Z, Lil Wayne & T.I.’‘ and his recent performed for the first time single, ‘Love Lockdown‘. The album is slated for a release December 16th, and you can catch Ye’ performing the aforementioned tracks, as well as ‘Flashing Lights’ after the break.

So this past weekend at the VMAs those who attended the event were able to catch Yeezy’s very first full performance of his next single ‘Love Lockdown’, and another track entitled ‘Heartless’ as well. With each iteration of his albums growth is evident, and it appears he’s taking the same route 3-Stacks embarked on in “The Love Below”… Well, something similar at least. And regardless of what you think of Kanye’s new sound, you still can’t knock his showmanship, that LED heart is one visual nuance that definitely makes all the difference. Both tracks are confirmed off of Ye’s inevitable “A Good Ass Job” slated for a release sometime in December, and you can enjoy his live performances below…
