These sad self-hating brothas and sistas don’t realize how much time and effort many Caucasians spend trying to appear African, collagen injected into their lips, fake booties implanted, not to mention the consistent tanning until the point of orange. Caucasians want to appear African, and as this video depicts, it’s completely vice versa too… Everyone’s sense of self-beauty seems to be entirely warped now days, right? It was a hot balmy night for the years most active event in Jamaica after the Reggae Sunfest. It had to be at least 85 degrees when we arrived fashionable late to Pier 1 at 10:30, and with the event planned for a 9:00 headline — all that temperature was stirring the crowd into a fervent turmoil. There was easily 30,000 brethren eagerly anticipating the pelvic grinds and thrusts from the worlds most talented ladies, and if the Babylon’s un-holstered M4s could speak, they would of belched out patois in accordance with the crowds.

An indigenous version of Cedric The Entertainer struck up the crowd with a bevy of insults as the DJ layered on familiar Elephant Man riddims, and engulfed us in a cloud of long legged, (and not so long legged) feisty women. Each grasping on to the dream of being crowned Miss International DanceHall Queen 2008. A title not easily accomplished, a golden road paved with the task of multiple handstands, gratuitous jelly shaking, and strutting in the necessary scantily clad attire.
