Yes the universal remote, perhaps one of the most flaunted and completely un-frugal gadgets during MTV Crib’s heyday. They hit (previously) for around $30,000 plus more for installation, but the expense for that service has now come to an end. You don’t have to be one of the Rich & Famous to commandeer your entire household anymore, with Crestron’s application for the iPhone you can control multiple rooms in multiple houses all via Wi-Fi or AT&T data, and is a free download and add-on.

This one is for all you avid comic.. err graphic novel readers, that coincidentally also posses Iphones and Ipods. Iverse is the latest application that aims to become the most potent Comic Book Reader to become featured on your Apple handheld. And while there are already a couple readers out there, namely Icomic that has to be translated from Japanese, and Infurious, the provocative purveyor of Muderdrome . Iverse seems to have the coolest reader to date, and I hate to say it, but this is one of the FEW times where I glance over at my blackberry apathetically. catch the video after the jump and become enamored.

Although copy and paste is seemingly trivial and has been taken for granted, it’s not easy to implement due to the iPhone’s touch technology.
