Designed by Japan’s Yutaka Igarash, its intended to complement the radical landscapes and architecture we have to expect in the coming years. No shotgun available in this bad boy, if you want to ride your going to have to cop your own! A few more examples below.

But calling it a simple car deck would be insulting to it’s capabilities, the Mini Crossover is a full 3D globe that uses laser technology to conjoin all entertainment, communication and navigational features into a single touch screen interface. Yes, we want one too.

The globe is split into hemispheres, allowing the driver to view maps while the passengers can browse the web and laser projection is used to display information (text & graphical) in multiple layers inside the globe. You can also choose to touch the globe for navigation of the UI, or utilize the trackball that’ll be located on the steering wheel. No word on availability, but chances are you’ll be seeing something like this at your local dealership sooner then you can imagine.

As well as rocking an integrated iPod dock, the Polygon also has the capability to charge the iPod, solely from the energy garnered from your riding. Also, you can see the screen at-a-glance and control your jams from the built-in controls positioned on the handlebar, not too shabby. Catch a few more examples below…

Rocking a stretchable touch panel for display & viewfinder for the handset’s camera, the phone functions as a regular pen, with a the button on top of the device for controls. “Microsoft” is mentioned in the render above, so we’re assuming it’ll have some sort of synchronization with Windows. Hip-Hop head Daniel Bailey’s concocted this bad boy after hearing about the Peugeot competitions’ stipulations, and we definitely hope to see in production one day. Here’s what the up and coming designer had to say about his concept car:

“I figured two of the main problems of future cities would be pollution and over population. So tackling those issues, I constructed the car to be powered through electricity and a hydrogen fuel cell, which left the other problem. With over population comes more vehicles and the need for more storage space, so birthed the concept of a folding car. The car folds up to 50% of its original size, uses the negative vertical space (usually disregarded), thus it potentially doubles the amount of parking spaces…”

Not only would this concept watch look fly on your wrist, but its also intended to be user friendly to both the sighted and blind. The rubber strap housing comes with an array of LEDs located behind graduated glass, and it also features Braille numbers that crossover, highlighting the correct time at the center.
