Why? Because you can actually talk, to the hand… With the application of these new technically inclined gloves, the once popular insult gets nullified. Winter is upon us no doubt, so if those iPhone gloves just don’t do it for it, you might be interested in these Swanky, Swany G-cell gloves with Bluetooth. They allow you to answer phone calls simply by talking to the hand thanks to an integrated speaker and microphone (thumb as receiver, and pinky as mic), actually allowing you to utilize the universal “call me” gesture . Compatible with essentially all Bluetooth-enabled handsets, the Swany G-cell gloves is now available for $495.

Sony’s DR-BT160AS features a few unsightly pods on both sides to house the batteries and a bluetooth receiver, a built-in mic for conversatin’ on the fly, and some playback buttons for remotely controlling your joints and jams. The soft elastomer hangers slide the earpiece shaft so that you’ll always have a perfect fit, and the whole thing is waterproof, so you perspire profusely, you might want to look into one of these joints. Check the Sony website around October to purchase.
