We spoke briefly on “Tatsunoko vs. Capcom” for the Nintendo Wii, and being that the game has released (in JP), here are just about every character’s anime ending. Now we may never get another chance to pit our favorite Marvel characters vs. Capcom again, but for those that ever wished they could bat 1980s anime favorites such as G-Force’s Ken against Ryu & Chung Li, look no further. “Tatsunoko VS. Capcom” is in stores now, and if you want a lil’ preview watch those character endings from both universes after the break…

Now lets see here, a Caucasian Goku eerily reminiscent of the unnecessary protagonist from “The Forbidden City“, a distorted orgin of the dragon balls, and a complete botched storyline on every included character’s behalf… Am I missing something? Well Dragonball has been renamed to “Dragonball: Evolution” and has a brand spankin’ new trailer that’s full of CGI and action, too bad it still reeks of haphazardness. Watch it after the break, and just imagine if they even attempted to keep it remotely close to the original storyline, how ill it might have been…

This is entirely new (you saw it here first) concept to the blogosphere, and inspired by the sad state of programming… You know we’ve hit an all time low when the arbitrary anime episode, or cartoon for that matter is more intellectually stimulating then prime time television… Right? And since Television has failed to fill that void we once came to love every Saturday morning, you can count on NWS.

If this official movie poster signifies anything, its that the classic series DragonBall should of been left to basque in it’s glory as one of the best action anime of all time. Hollywood it seems, does care one iota about that, and is out to devestate all the cult classics fans hold dear to their hearts. “DragonBall” drops next year and will be featuring Justin Chatwin as Goku (Jet Li would of been a better choice), Jamie Chung as Chi Chi, and Yun-Fat Chow and Master Roshi. Catch the trailer after the break…
