Nine students at Yale university have developed a spokeless bicycle wheel as part of their mechanical engineering project, and we can dig it. Initially designed for both wheels to be made spokeless, you may notice the attached photo shows only the rear, and this is due to cost reasons – the prototype was apparently expensive.
