The 2008 International DanceHall Competiton in Montego Bay, Jamaica 7/26/08…. (Gallery)

It was a hot balmy night for the years most active event in Jamaica after the Reggae Sunfest. It had to be at least 85 degrees when we arrived fashionable late to Pier 1 at 10:30, and with the event planned for a 9:00 headline — all that temperature was stirring the crowd into a fervent turmoil. There was easily 30,000 brethren eagerly anticipating the pelvic grinds and thrusts from the worlds most talented ladies, and if the Babylon’s un-holstered M4s could speak, they would of belched out patois in accordance with the crowds.

An indigenous version of Cedric The Entertainer struck up the crowd with a bevy of insults as the DJ layered on familiar Elephant Man riddims, and engulfed us in a cloud of long legged, (and not so long legged) feisty women. Each grasping on to the dream of being crowned Miss International DanceHall Queen 2008. A title not easily accomplished, a golden road paved with the task of multiple handstands, gratuitous jelly shaking, and strutting in the necessary scantily clad attire.

Mercedes Unreleased SLR McLaren is Snazzy

And I mean snazzy in that buppie, I only drive this car on sundays to church, and to nappa vallley for wine tasting type of flashiness. It’s definitely a vehicle for that more opulent consumer, and not for the arrogant driver with their trunk rattling like a gorrila trying to escape outa your rear hatch type of character. Y’all know the breed, the one that will put gaudy rims on any car be it a 77 datsun or a 85 civic, but please believe if I ever slide my gluteous maximus into the front seat of this car, Ima drive slow homie. Now Keep in mind this is just a rendering based on spy photos of the vehicle in testing created by the talented Jon Sibal. This illustration is not official but its pretty damn close, and for all you SLR fans this will be the last reincarnation of the SLR kind. The headlights are the only trait shared with its predeccesors, the exhuast has been deviously transfered to the side vents, there is “absoloutely no roof” and mere wind deflectors for a windshield. Outrageous right? Catch the actually Spy Shots in the gallery after the jump.
