We caught a glimpse at the Martin Jetpack approximately a year ago, and now these bad boys are just about ready to ship. Yes ladies and gents for a cool $100,000, traffic jam anticipation and anxiety will be a thing of the past. Word on the street is only 10 of these Martin Jetpacks were produced last year, and recent update disclosed that Martin is teaming up with an unnamed international aircraft company to make 500 jetpacks a year, for a more affordable price of $75,000 each…

Not entirely sold? Well do acknowledge that it runs on premium gas, which is significantly more frugal than jet fuel. It’s got a 30 mile range at 60 mph with a 8000 foot ceiling cap, and you don’t even need a pilot’s license to fly. It even includes a low altitude ballistic parachute, for the paranoid Jetpacker. Catch Martin Jetpack’s latest footage below, and check their official website for a bit more information.
