Forget all of those previous renders and concepts you might of seen spawning out of the tourist attraction, as far as aesthetics goes, the Anara Tower might just be unrivaled. The 125-story skyscraper is about 700 meters tall, which will eventually make it the tallest in the city. Designed by the British firm Atkins, the structure will conform to LEED certifications and sport at least a silver rating by maximizing water and energy efficiency, and possibly including renewable sources of energy.
Sky gardens will be placed every 27 floors, and also include 250 rooms luxury hotel, shops and office space. The building will also host 300 residential apartments, and a place for exhibitions and auctions. The all-in-one package will probably be the most expensive place in Dubai. Luxuries like exclusive swimming pools, exclusive elevators and fantastic views of the Dubai coastline. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2009, and you can catch a few extra renders below.
