A Fully Electric “Delorean” Found eBay, Almost As Good As The Trash Powered Variant… (Back To The Present?)

Who am I kidding, let’s not forget the trash powered, flux capacitor sporting Delorean, had wheels that flipped over to reveal hoverpads. Unfortunately we aren’t nearly close enough to being actually able to purchase whips like that, but a fully electric Delorean I suppose, would be the next best thing.

The car is powered by 13 batteries operating at 12-volts and 100 amps each, and travel distance is 40 miles on a single charge. Recharging takes just about 2-3 hours on a 220-volt plug, or eight hours using a standard 110-volt household outlet. Lastly the motor controller supply’s up to 1,000 amps to the motor, which will get you a top speed of over 88 miles per hour.

Now it won’t send you tumbling through time, but it’s just fast enough to get you an infraction. Visit the official auction right here, if your inquiring.
